Reiki energy healing
Reiki is a healing art that promotes a more balanced flow of energy and deep relaxation in your body and nervous system. This promotes wellbeing, restoration, and healing for your body, mind and spirit. After a Reiki session, clients tend to feel more calm and grounded, with renewed energy and clarity.
Reiki sessions are included in SSP packages.
Individual Reiki sessions and packages are also available.
Energy Psychology
Energy Psychology, including the Emotional Freedom Technique, harnesses patterns of energy flow in the body. Katy will guide you in using self-acupressure or gentle movement practices to help shift negative patterns of thinking, feeling, and emotional reactivity.
Energy Psychology techniques are included with SSP sessions and can be included in Reiki sessions to support your healing intention.

Includes 1-year access to powerfully healing SSP music at home; 3 months coaching support, 6 sessions that include Reiki and Energy Psychology techniques.

That’s why energy-based healing modalities, such as Reiki and Energy Psychology, can be so powerful in promoting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Research strongly supports benefits of these energy practices: improving nervous system function and resilience and reducing feelings of stress, pain, anxiety, and depression.
What can I expect in a Reiki session?
During a Reiki session, the practitioner begins by asking your intention for the experience. This might include relaxation, inner peace, more vitality, or releasing stress, pain, or tension. Your intention helps guide the session in a way that feels supportive for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing.
You’ll then rest, fully clothed, on a massage table. After a short guided meditation to help you settle in, the practitioner uses gentle touch or hovers their hands above your body to encourage energy flow. This process can activate your body’s natural healing ability, calming the nervous system and restoring balance.
Many clients feel deeply relaxed, sometimes entering a meditative or dream-like state. Some notice warmth or coolness, gentle energy flow, or tingling; others visualize soft light, colors, or a sense of peaceful presence. Reiki can help release emotional heaviness, stress, and tension, leaving you feeling lighter and more centered.
